Léo Brutoux

After a bilingual bachelor’s degree at the Université Saint-Louis (Brussels) (2019), Léo graduated cum laude with a master’s degree in law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, specialising in economic law, in 2021. After a one-semester exchange at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, he joined Beyond in September 2021.

After only a few years in practice, Léo has already demonstrated solid skills in his preferred areas; he practises corporate and commercial law, specialising mainly in (re)structuring operations, fundraising and mergers and acquisitions.

Enthusiastic about taking on challenges as a team, he advocates rigorous, structured work in the interests of the client. With a keen ability to understand the economic stakes of the transactions he is working on and anticipating client requests, he offers strategic and sound legal advice in a comprehensible and pragmatic manner. Léo’s client-focused approach is a real asset to Beyond Law Firm.
