Drawing on the experience of its clients, Beyond’s lawyers are keenly aware of the importance of good governance for the companies and associations they advise.

Litigation

Litigation

Conflicts are inevitable in business and are likely to affect all the parties involved in a project: founders, investors, shareholders, directors, commercial partners, customers, sellers or even the buyers of a company. Although some disputes can be prevented, legal proceedings, arbitration or mediation are sometimes unavoidable. When this happens, we can help you with both straightforward and complex disputes.

Our practice, which is designed to be efficient and pragmatic, is based on your expectations, an assessment of the risks involved, a multidisciplinary approach and, if necessary, confidential negotiations and proceedings before the courts. In this way, we provide you with real strategic added value so that you can remain focused on developing your business. Our in-depth experience in criminal law is a significant asset that can make all the difference in these disputes. Our practice is further enhanced by the experience of one of our associates as a deputy judge.

Our services include the resolution of shareholder disputes, directors’ liability cases, the management of claims and disputes arising from fundraising and mergers and acquisitions, the performance or termination of commercial contracts, and the recovery of debt both in Belgium and abroad.

Trust our team to manage all the legal aspects of your company or association

Subsides

Benefit from aid

As lawyers and consultants, some of our activities may be subsidised by public aid. These subsidies cover, among other things, legal advice on setting up and developing a business, and sometimes also the sale of a business. Under no circumstances may they be used for legal proceedings.
