Guillaume Taeke

Guillaume specializes in commercial and corporate law, insolvency law and intellectual property.

After graduating from the UC Louvain in 2009, Guillaume obtained an advanced master in Intellectual Property at the KU Leuven (2012) and an advanced master in notarial law at the UC Louvain (2014). In 2020, he successfully passed the exam and became eligible as deputy magistrate. Guillaume was an assistant and a PhD student in intellectual property at the Université libre de Bruxelles.

In addition to this strong academic background, Guillaume has developed a wide and in-depth experience in litigation before civil, commercial and criminal Belgian courts.

Being a tenacious multifaceted lawyer working in various fields, Guillaume is always looking for challenges to tackle.
